Thats not the fuel injection pump. Look at the spill pipes on the injectors and the O rings inlet outlet to filter. Or outside chance a split pipe in tank if it does not happen with plenty of fuel in tank.

hi there new spill pipes and dropt tank and looked at fuel pump and cheqed it with 12v power and ground and it is working pumping fuel ok so i will have to look els where on the car for the problam

If you have the pump out, look for splits in the pipe assembly on the pump.
