Thats my concern mine has a single back box so with the middle box removed wobdering if it would be to much for the one back box so it woukd be stupidly load or has any one just fitted a sports back box

Is that you had twin back boxs ???

I was just thinking of welding in a straight pipe insted of the middle box but wasnt sure if it was going to be to noisey with just having the one back box

I put a straight through from manifold ( did away with the cat ) and a back box Mine sounds nice and runs a lot better I think if I did away with the back box and had a full straight through it might just get annoying Best bet is you tube there s loads of video s

I bought a straight through system of eBay for £70 delivered that's from manifold back sports system so only back box makes a big difference

+1 on the ramps get a good high set and axle stands plus a good jack I tend to be playing with them all most weekends lol

Mine been doing it for 6 months ( 300tdi )now but it only dose it when I change up gear ( like the engine flexs when clutch released but also dose it when traveling and press the accelerater firmly so the engine jerks so I think mine is either the flexi in the front pipe or engine mounting soon...
