I used fertan rust converter before welding and the area
Welded panels ect
Then seam sealed with pu addisive tubes
Painted over the whole lot
Then used shuz under seal stuff
Didnt have a spray gun and compressor so I brushed it on
And then wax oyled the whole lot and surrounding areas

woop always nice to get back in it after some work

pritty much what i use bar i spray the shuz.
thats a prtty long list of rust prevention if it rusts again i want to know what the hell u been driving in the dead sea or acid!.

when i did my sill i cut them right out and used some 120mm x 80mm x 6-7mm thick box section and replaced the whole thing

now i no if i hit something as whole truck resonates ;)

I was wanting to box it up but it was the case off I wanted it back on the road and I already have rocksliders on it
So it was a matter off just repairing
It
And hopefully the archs will last the rest off the life of the car

Green side lights :)

Side exit
Needs cutting more tho

Bush cables :)

what you all think ?

any ideas or anything?

bush wires look good keep thinking of getting some my self but other things come up and they get pushed to the side. where did u get them from anyways.

as for the exhaust thats what i have on mine its cut to body angle so sits flush using a bit of stainless flexi to join up the pipe

Good Work :D

I used a motorbike Tax disc holder to finish off my side exhaust ;) Even came in blue to match the colour of the Disco :D

Have trimmed the exhaust now to be a bit more flush.

Ill be chequre plating the bottom so will do a neater hole then
also my plan is to cut the pipe just before the panel and fit an outrolled tip onto it so it looks better
Will proberly do the same with a tax disk ontop off the chequre plate
as for it coming out straight its a bit more effort but I kinda like it at an angle tho
lucky u got the holder in same colour tho

As for bush cables they were of my mate I got cheap but he bought them off ebay from bushcables.co.uk
The stainless ones not galvanised

next one for me hopefully is new wheels
the 16x8j -35et ones

Yer ive seen them now
Quick question tho did u change the tyres over yourself or a garage do it
Cheers

Got a tyre fitter to do - cost me £40.00 all in ;)

Although the fitter said it was a pig of a job with the wheels having such a big offset.....
