Just had the results back, but not by a Landy dealer and it does show a fault, "No P0702., GAND return short circuit to battery". Googled it and it has come up with a "Transmission Control System Electrical" which sounds promising. Any ideas what that means?, hopefully, it will be a switch, or...

Thanks eightinavee. I have changed the oil now but its still the same. I am having a diagnostic on friday, I will try your idea if a fault do'es not show. Thanks again everybody

Thanks for your help and I will try that and let you know. Just spoke to a Land rover garage and they have said straight away that the gearbox has had it. Not even said to bring it in for a diagnostic test.
