i had a read of that post earlier :). looks like this power box is the later unit. no good for me as i have a 95 p38. looks like it will find its way on to ebay. i just wanted to make sure it worked first. i was told it was fully working, the person i got it off, took the lid off to have a look...

nope. all its got is the pb number and its serial number.

i have an early 95 p38 diesel, that has been modded, power box,big intercooler etc..... i have just been given another psi power, the model number is pb200008 from what i have found on line, this is for the later p38 diesel 1999 onwards. can anyone confirm this? thanks

the plastic impellers have a habbit of coming loose on the water pumps(only the plastic ones) the metal impellers are fine

99% sure it will be the crank sensor.........i left mine unpluged after cleaning it and have the same msg's on the dash as you........

road test earlier...................still the ******* same :violent: i did notice no heat inside the car........stat out...was very old but working.........pulled water pump......impeller had fell off.......... does the ecu shut down the power if the engine is over heating.......even though it...

i tried the fuel feed check 180ml after 10 seconds . that was fine...think it was nearer 200ml :) dropped the fuel tank....... removed all fuel..........was a milky green....:rolleyes: removed the in tank pump.cleaned the filter at the bottom (full of crud) blew all the fuel pipes out emptied...

hi p38 2.5 td manual g.box it has no egr or maf it seems to be ok when cold.....but as soon as its warm...its undriveable zero power,but stays running...revs up ok hot or cold when not under load.turbo is boosting well.it can be ok for a few min...then nothing....leave it off or ticking over...
