hi wonder if any one can help. my garage is falling down and ive had to move my landrover outside under a tarp. iam trying to finish it off but i have a slight proplem THIS GOD DAM WEATHER everytime i go out the and get the tarp off i do one bolt up then guess wot it starts raining or snowing...
