Hey all, It's been a while since i've been here. Had to sell my beloved 110 2.5na due to treehugging zones here in town. The guys who bought it loved it, even though 3 months later the 2.5na died on him :P He rebuild it back to a radio wagen with radio's and all. I ended with a XC70 from 2006...

Ok, but drive train and mounts are not that difficult to fix. I'm willing to accept the car as is and fix it myself (or have it fixed) unless you guys tell me it could be something which might be the end of the car (like slipping liners :P )

Is that red an original color? Here in Holland they only seem to be blue, black and sometimes green. I've found one white one (rhd) and a orange/yellow one (was in a movie Layer Cake).

Well, i've looked at 2 more L322 and 4 more P38's. One of the cheaper P38's had moss on the engine block and several gallons of water in the spare tire place. The most expensive P38's also didn't come without problems. One was a bit strange, when you let go of the gaspedal a whining noise...

The ones i'm looking at are indeed the defender 90's from the Italian Carabinieri. The 90 "only" weigths 1600kg so its not as heavy at the disco's and i think 140HP is more then plenty. My old 110 had only a 2.5na in it :P Not lookting to put a turbo in though. I think it will be faster than...
