    Disco 3 (LR3) diagnostics iid

The problem is flashing the ecu' scan take an extended amount of time, any drop in power can cause the ecu to be corrupt. A ctek with a supply mode in excess of 10amps is required/recommended. Disco 3 (LR3) diagnostics iid

Just make sure you also purchase a suitable battery charger thingy. Try programming with less than full volts and you could end up with a very expensive paperweight

18p Td5 weirdness: very low mileage and "missing" diagnostic port

May be it was an attempt at security. If you can't get at the diagnostic port you can't change the ecu/AS10 security settings ???? Cheaper than a lock on the drags port ?

TD5 starting problem related to fuel level

You need to enter the EKA code then to disable the immobiliser it can be entered using the ignition in a defender, or find someone with diagnostic kit, put your approx location in and someone might be able to help.
