HI all Got a few niggles on my 1997 4.6 range so I'd like a diagnostic session to fault find/clear codes etc. Basically i want to check 1. is my maf dead? 2. i have the book symbol on my hevac and air con works intermittently so need that checking out 3. check temp sensor as my guage can drop...

Oh I see. Fair enough. thing is I'm a actually selling some wheels and one of your fellow series owners wants them but we are not sure if they will fit. Hence my post. I'll just tell him to go stick his head in an oven till he sees sense and keep the wheels for a 90 or disco owner. Cheers anyway.

Hi all Bit random I no but I need to find out if the alloys I have fit a series. And the only way I can think of is to try one. Only slight problem is I don't have a series landy. Anyone near Tipton I can just bolt one on to try or does anyone no if a set of mangel alloys will fit a series...

Yes ive been pointed out a couple of other differences by some very keen hawk eyes like the wiper stalks etc, people on here really know what they are looking at. lol The seats are pretty easy, fronts are d1 bases with d2 base cover swapped over and then change the complete seat backs over...

pretty sure release bearing only makes a noise whe the clutch pedal is not pressed and goes quiet when pressed if its shot. Geabox oil is fine as ive recently changed it. Just wondered if gearboxes were known for the noise. Clutch is slipping anyway so its coming out either way so ill soon know...
