1999 TD5 defender 110, I was driving on the motorway, up hill about 70mph with quite a lot of heavy stuff on board, sudden power loss and speed went down to 50, pulled over and had a quick look but couldnt see anything abviouse. Car starts ok and ticks over fine, and seems not too bad up to 50...

1999 110 TD5 shorted out the rear curtasy light (small spark) whilst playing with the bulb, now no interior lights and no radio. went to central fusebox (near gear leaver) lower row 4th in from right 5 amp fuse but not blown? tried another fuse no luck. what am I doing wrong...its got me baffled...
