    Hello Tommy, The corrosion around the seat belt mountings are not really the problem here its the number plate lamp that's the real problem. You have to ask yourself do i scrap it or just off road it. I had a similar dilema when my much loved disco failed on the rear windscreen wiper rubber.

    Hi I have just had some Hercules Merit 235/85x16 all country tyres fitted to my disco 1 ( very chunky ) and am over the moon with them. Done a bit of homework before i bought them and they do seem to be quite a good buy £287 for all four fully fitted. hope this helps
