Hi All Today I am mainly attempting to replace the seals in my brake master cylinder. I’ve got them all out but there is one near the bottom of the casting that I can’t get back in. Anyone have any idea on how to do this ? Thanks Warren.

Ok so I checked all the solenoids all ok changed the atf which smells burnt. ( only about 3.5 litres ) now I have reverse again but 3rd gear has gone and the three amigos have pitched up and occasionally F4. Fault code for air sensor and cruse control switch. Any more thoughts ? Cheers Warren

Just unplugged the rail pressure sensor. Ran it plugged it back in and it runs like a new un 225000 miles best car I’ve ever had. Thanks for your help guys.

There’s a pump in the rear wheel arch and one in the tank apparently. Which do you think is the cause ?

Next related problem ! Changed all the pump seals and the injector seals , starts ok and revs to around 1750 rpm sweet as a nut. Rev it to about 2500 rpm and it seems to go into limp mode with engine management light on. Do I need to bleed any injector pipes or reset anything. It’s a 2002 if...

What I know as a distributor pump is the thing that sends the fuel to the injectors at the right time. Perhaps that is a bit old school.

what is this thing ? I thought it was a high pressure fuel pump.

Is it the hi pressure fuel pump or the distributor pump you think. Pcv filter was changed about 10000miles ago.
