Recently the boot or tailgate on my Freelander 2 either opens on its own or will not open. If I slam the driver door the boot half opens but when I try and open it properly I can't. Anyone had this issue before?

Is there a repair manual for the Freelander 2? I can find a Haynes manual for the Freelander 1 but nothing for the F2 2007 onwards.

Well I picked up my 2007 Freelander 2 last night and I am over the moon. Had a Freelander when they first came out as a company car and a petrol one after that. It will be the main vehicle for getting to work but more importanlty it will be used for shooting and pulling the horse box. :rofl:
