    I'm so pleased I could have kissed the AA guy,just looked at his note and he's replaced the connection . What a star !

    Yippee yippee it's fixed. It was a loose connection to the starting motor. AA guy fixed it in minutes. Thank you for all your advice . Very much appreciated . Anne !

    Yip the red light goes out. It flashes when you first open it, quite quick flashes. When you come out the car and lock it it flashes but it's slower. Anne
