    Defenderer 110 seat options

Love this! I've been wanting to do fit some new rear seats in my 110 for a while also. Hadn't considered RRS. Has anyone tried Freelander 2's or P38s? Obviously theres ex moor trims but I'm not made of money.

    Salisbury rear axle and LSD

Thanks, I had hoped to give this a go this summer but as we've just had our first child born my free time has vanished, so this will have to wait until the spring when he's a little older. If anyone else is interested in doing something like this, check out Mikes at Britannica Restoration...

    Salisbury rear axle and LSD

Thanks, I had already contacted Ashcrofts but they weren't able to help with fitting details for a salisbury, I'd like to buy the LSD from them however. I've seen some videos for fitting to a standard axle. I've seen someone on youtube using a spreader on a dana axle, which doesn't look so bad...

    Salisbury rear axle and LSD

I'd like to install an LSD to my '98 Defender 110 300tdi to give it a little more traction in the winter (I've love TC/ABS also but hey ho). I've heard Salisburys are a pig to work with (I've seen a few videos on american dana axles which would suggest this). Has anyone done it? Or can recommend...

    Possible Clutch/Transferbox issue

Ok so I could use a little advise, I've trying to reduce the infinite clunks and rattles on my 110 300tdi (I know it's never going to happen) but theres some relatively new ones from the transmission/drive chain which are rather alarming. So here's the symptoms: - When taking up drive in...

    India/Nepal 2013/14

This is all really good stuff. During my rather monotonous day job I've been dabbling with the idea of driving to Kathmandu next year, I'd be curious to know your take on it? I've only got a Freelander and I cant justify (or afford) buying a Defender but I feel it should be more than up for...

Want proper FL accessories? Look no further...

I'd be interested in some under body protection if it makes it to production (oh and a ladder).

2001 TD4 119k and still going strong. Had to replace the VCU and clutch recently which hurt but otherwise all good!

    Freelander Facelight seats

Hi guys I know there's a dedicated forum for parts but I thought you might be more able to help. I'm after some nicer seats for my 5 door 01 plate freebie. The standard cloth ones have been quite well worn and stained so need a little update IMO. Does anyone know where I can get some...

I swapped out the tyres to Pirelli's and its much better, just shows what difference half decent tyres make. Will be ordering the synergy box this week can't wait!

Reducing body roll - sorry if this is heresy.

I'd be interested to know what the best (not necessarily cheapest) option would be. Mine's on just shy of 110k and has a big of a wallow going on. I've had it a few months now and its a great car otherwise (not sure why it gets so much stick from my mates). I can't see any specific firmer...

    New Freebie Owner

Hi guys I'm a very proud (if rather unfortunate) Freebie TD4 owner, after an issue with the IRD & VCU shortly after I brought it its been running beautifully, with the exception of excessive noise from the rear (possibly diff) any ideas? Otherwise all's good I'm planning on doing an EGR...
