Dunno if it'll help but just rolled the side window up on my 90 and measured from tub cap to max height in centre of roof (roll bar) with spirit level on my Chassis bolted 'Protection and Performance' Ext/Int Roll Cage and Mohair Hood and it says 73cm :)

I'm sure someone will have an old caliper or two in their scrap bin that they could take the part off and post you! My old sets went last year tho.....

Maybe 'United Diesel' in Shrewsbury..... Nice people. Had 300tdi Bosch pump done and my injectors refurbed with hi-flow nozzels there a while back.

I'm no expert but given that I've got a 300tdi 90 and an 88 degree thermostat fitted then that's what I would expect to see! Opening at around 88 and with your good cooling system (clean and pressurised) She'll rise to well over 100 degrees (but won't boil) whilst hammering uphill and towing...

Yeah! as per @nobber nice tidy layout and work! :cool: Is that neat little jobby at the top a fused circuit supply shut of switch? I guess the board is for your own extended loom for options and accessories?
