When I bought it the person before me put the wheels on it he paid 700 2nd hand I bought the range rover just over a week ago with no intention of keeping the wheels. Now they definitely need to sell them to fund the new head.

I am skint. I won't be done soon just want to get idea of how much to try and get saved And hopefully sell the 22" wheels that are on it to cover some of the cost. But I got 2 dead landys outside the house now and now have no running around to get to work.

If I buy a new head how much average would it cost in a garage to have fitted so I can brace myself

Well new cap no leaks thermostat working good. Started overpressuring straight away and overheated soon after so I guessing time to stop clutching at straws and settle on the fact it's the head. Any ideas whether it's gasket or needs new complete head.
