    aaaww crap, is a head gasket likely to be the problem? I thought that the notorious head gasket problem was something that only affected the early gaylander models?

    Halfords Anti-freeze & Coolant concentrate Filled the tank, drove for 5 metres and then got it the car to find a nice trail of fluid across the road. I think I might have a leak. (sarcasm)

    cheers Iceman, I spent about 20 minutes looking for some small obscure label inside the engine compartment, only when I stepped back to admit defeat did I find that I had been leaning on the label all along!! Plus it was bright yellow and pretty big!!

    That exact same thing happened to me about 3 weeks ago, the problem was a split in the rubber air intake pipe that feeds air into the turbo, replaced the rubber pipe at the cost of £20. But, the chances of both of us having identical defects are quite small!
