I have been doing some research and fiddling around with various bits and have discovered that the air flow meter seems to be doing nothing, plugged in or un plugged it makes no difference, runs like a bag! Solution perhaps??

It feels much more like an ignition cut, very harsh popping and banging, and it's a 3.9 sorry for the typo, idles fine from cold, then all of a sudden, runs like a bag!!
