So I've done a quick leak back test before i head to work by letting the LP run till time out . Injector 4 starts leaking back very quickly. 3 leaking back slower . 2 and 1 very very little. Perhaps I'm getting closer to the problem .

Thank you to everyone that has helped on this . Esppicially the people who said it was the fuel rail sensor . The plug was actually the wrong way round! It fits well the wrong way round and tight the correct way round . All sorted now. Engine running very well .

I will take off the manifold and have a look at all plugs and wiring when I get the chance . Does the engine management light supposed to go out after a few secs after turning key into position II?

Synergy was brand new . I've removed it and still it won't start . I've tried priming the pump several times and took off the return feed at the tank and diesel came through. It's crazy to think all I did was change the diesel filter and clean the intake manifold plus all new filters and oil .

Hi, yes I made sure the filter was the right way . On the black plastic casing there is an arrow and an arrow on the filter and also the word out. Would a Synergy module cause problems starting? Thats what I have installed

Filter is a Mann and is the correct way. Cam sensor plug pulled out and then put back in.

Do you have to fill the sediment filter with diesel after changing the diesel filter?
