That's it fixed. It had been put on wrongly by the previous owner. The internal cog didnt line up with the splined collar and the collar didn't line up with splines on the shaft... guess I'll be there again, gaskets in tatters. Do you still get spares for them?

Thanks guys, key now working the ignition but think I will get a replacement for the electrical switch anyway just in case. Found what looks like the origional Hubs in the back in amongst a heap of treasure/crap in the back. Should I ditch the FWH and put the origionals back on?
