    Rear wiper fault

    The wiper had moved from its park position on the rubber seal so it was sitting on the glass so I undid the arm retaining nut and rotated the arm so it was parking on the rubber seal but now the arc at the top of the wipe area is less ie, it doesn`t go as far as it used to. * * Del.

    Anyone have any idea please - all of a sudden the rear wiper has started to reduce the area that it wipes ie. the arc is getting less, it started when the park position had moved from being on the lower window seal so the wiper was sitting on the glass instead of on the seal when it was parked...

    Seat back not working

    Sorted - it was just the adjuster wheel broken inside, I must admit I never checked that as it felt like it was a cog/gear wheel not meshing in the seat. I just dug out the broken part of the adjuster filled the blind hole with fibre glass resin waited till it was just setting then refitted...

    Has anyone had the seat rake adjuster wheel pack up - I cannot adjust the seat back on my 2004 Freelander which is a real pain as the missus drives it as well and we have the seat back in different positions the adjuster just goes round without doing anything. Where do I start to fix this -...
