My 98 disco is having a fit, the right hand lights and dash lights are not working. The signal and stop lights work fine. I have checked all fuses and bulbs replaced the signal switch as well. Any ideas were to go from here?

Let me add the head lights and turn indicators work but no dash lights either. Also all fuses are good as well. Almost at my Witt's end... any help would be humbly accepted.
