As above, where would I start, to trace the coolant leak. Also would it be ok to put just water in the coolant bootle, until I find the problem and then top up with the correct gear, and how to bleed the coolant system would help, once the problem is discovered. Thanks.

My order of priority checking would be: Air Filter.....Any particular one, or just a standard one. I can change that. EGR....could you point me in the direction as where to find it pcv.....ditto Turbo solenoid vent filter.....ditto.....sorry Tyre pressures.....All set at 30psi, running on 4 new...

As above, recently got the Freelander, and clocked it twice to see what mpg it is doing.We are getting 22-24 miles to the gallon, which is a little dissapointing.Driving normally, and cruising at 70 on motorways. Is there anything we can look for that might be affecting the diesel consumption.?

Not wanting to jump on the band wagon. I have recently had this problem, but with the PS door. I can press the fob and DS door unlocks, I press the fob agin to unlock the PS door, but it doesn't work. Is this a case of a new solenoid too.

Finally had the General Grabber AT, 215/65 R16 put on all four corners today. Tyre pressure is 30 all round. Big big difference to the odd ones that were on. Handling seems better and road noise far less.£80+ vat fitted.Thanks for the opinions guys.:)

I have seen this type of post soo many times, when a hg has been replaced. It seems the symtom has been fixed but not the cause. Do you know how to bleed the system to get rid or air locks, its a starting point.Do you know where all the bleeding valves are, put you heater on hot when bleeding...
