Each seat has two brackets at the rear of each seat which bolt to the sides of the landy, just below the side windows. The seat belts are anchored to the box sections, which base of the seats are fixed. IE wheel arches. Hope this helps.

The one on the right is the pivot bolt on the defender side step, when you fold the step up or down , 2 on each step.The other one looks like the thread has snapped off it.
