What mpg do the diesel p38's get

Running costs don't bother me I wouldn't have it if I couldn't afford if, I am just interested what everybody else gets and I wouldn't have a dirty smelly diesel

This is to all you guys with the 4.0 V's on petrol I'm just curious as to what mpg u get urban, rural extra urban, iv never had any better than 15.9 before my engine rebuild and after and are there any tuning mods that would help to raise it, eg superchips or k&n filters,

I gave it a good coating earlier tried to release it but it's not going anywhere so will give it another coating every day then try again in a couple of days

Morning all, What's the best way to get the abs sensor out, is it just loads of wd40 and pry bar and brute force, think it's about time I got the abs problem sorted.cheers guys

So £141 is ridiculously over the top

I just phoned p38spares and they want 58 quid for the cv joint and a mahoosiv £141.78p for the sensor, ebay I think

Just looked on ebay at p38 cv joints and doesnt say owt about the ring or owt

How difficult is it to change an o/s front reluctor ring or is it a complete assembly the garage has told my my abs reluctor ring has colapsed or crack cos its making a scraping sound and my abs and tc fault lights are on. Cheers guys

Sorry its the same item I used to fit to diesel jet washes and thats what they was called.lol When I first set off and brake I can feel the pedal pulsing then it alams and says abs fault brakes fine though when the lights are lit, will let garage sort it when it goes ffor its flush

Done all the windows now just rite concerned about the abs and traction control light,would it need the codes clearing or would there be a genuine fault. Seen as the battery has been off for months and all sorts of faults was present when the battery was going flat as it was in the garage...

Definetly its going in next week for the flush then a few weeks later.

Rite she is back on the road all is fine apart from the abs and traction control light is on and when I turn the ignition off the display shows all windows and sunroof not set, she is is going bavk in next saturday for a flush out and antifreeze and a check over

My rangie is ready for collection monday after 5 months off the road a new short engine and top end rebuild chucked all the lpg **** and she has made my wallet £2600 lighter, was it all worth it, see how I feel when I drive her home
