    Similar problem with mine, changed the filter today still got problem starting, Once running all is well, ho it's 2000 td4, are we talking about the pump that sits alongside the filter?

    Had a similar problem on mine, good air flow, but hardly warm, temp gauge showing normal, noticed coolant level a bit low, less than a litre to top up to max, huge improvement in cab air temp, not sure if the fbh is working, air blowing through the “exhaust” under front bumper when engine...

    Was told to try a hot air gun ie paint stripper, but to be very careful near the paintwork. Haven't tried myself, I'd be tempted to remove the panels first.
