Chassis and bulkhead are solid - waxoyled before i bought it. The 90 hasn't been offroad since i've had it. MOT expired 2 june 2013 - been stood since then due to working a lot. Daz

Its CHEAP as i haven't got time to get it MOT'D Might need the brakes serviced as its been stood a while... Daz

Put some led's in my 90 dash (not TD5) and the difference is amazing! Well worth the £3 or £4 off ebay :) You will need 1 per gauge and 2 for the speedo - all capless types If you have a clock you will need a special bulb iirc

Yep but i'd check the pump timing first - as you can do it without removing the timing case cover ;)

Tip: unbolt the header tank and raise it up - then fill through the header tank until bubble free coolant comes out of radiator filler and thermostat housing then replace both bungs. What you are trying to do is make the level in the header tank the highest point in the coolant circuit -...
