yes 12 volts to the pump even after start up. The new pump will pump up to 35 psi then bleed back off after about 3-5 sec. We can get it started but will only idle and pump will maintain about 10 psibut usually dies again after about 2 minutes.

    Range Rover no start

We have a problem with my 97 Range Rover 4.0. The old fuel pump wouldnt pump up but 10 psi. We changed it out. Now the new pump with key on will pump to 35 psi, it will start but the fuel pressure just bleeds off to nothing after it starts and then it dies. Any suggestions?
