    i thought i would let you all know how it came out, i drilled a small hole into the metal washer got a self tapping screw into it, pliers did the rest now ready for new seals and washers to go in, if you hear any swearing next week then you will know that it still leaks

    hi all hope you can help, i have read how to get the bottom steering box seal out by turning the steering wheel while engine running. but how is this done when the box is off i managed to get the drop arm off and the cir clip out now stuck on how to get the washer and seal out. help please.

    Hi I have now deen told that I will need a special tool to remove the arm, I have been quoted £200 to have the seals done in a garage, this seems a bit high as can get exchange box for about the same sort of money

    hi i have a 1992. 90, 200 tdi. i have a quite bad fluild leak from my steering box is this easy to cure? is there a seal kit? if any one has repaired one please get back to me thankyou
