    If I was you I would get the diff out and have a good check round it. check the bearings and then whack it back in with some fresh oil. you never know what oil was put in before hand.

    yup jate rings all the way as the originals i have seen rip threw the chassis. any weak spot and they find it.

    KAMS need the pan changing on your axle when fitted so it can be expensive if you cant do it yourself. ARBS need airlines and compressor fitting, so can be expensive if cant do it yourself. have you looked at Detroit truetrac? all depends want you want them for?

    use the £800 and buy an ARB for the back axle. or spend £150 and get x eng on the back and use your standard springs thats my only gripe that i didnt do one of the two with my motor. If you dont have 35" tyres dont worry about lifts

    also you get charged with van rates if you go through a toll road :) and anything above standard wheels make the bonnet to heavy and obscures the view :)

    To be honest mileage is nothing. Ive seen 35k ('paper trail' was there to verify) on a 90 which was f*cked because its be sat in **** all day as a work horse with the cross member ripped out. chassis and bulkhead they are the only things that will screw you up if wrong. engines can be found...

    you can put it where ever you like. on the bonnet on the roof our even on an axle :)

    First ever tinker around...broke it already ;-)

    If your getting a clicking its normally starter solenoid (little pack above the motor in the pic above) easy fix, new started (new one about £90) you can also bridge connectors on a starter motor to get it going. but not the best thing to do for a noobie :)
