try a block of hard foam under the unit (kind of stuff that doesn't squash easy, can't remember the technical term for it!!)

Any of you guys thinking of buying a 2001 TD4 ES in white gold with leather trim all signing/dancing spec? (towing kit, side steps, 4X EW, ESR, headlight/rear ight gaurds, heated seats, etc. etc. etc.) It's done just under 65K , service hsitory mostly dealer + specialist. Not sure about...

Goin off on a bit of a tangent..... What setting have you got your roveron box on? Mine also seems to be provifing better results after same thing with tyres, ended up with 4 of same as you've never heard or fealt vibration like it when i put 2 new on the front!
