I have been experiencing the same problem on a lwb and after many hours of searching and checking i am fairly confident a 110 exhaust will fit. So applying the same principal to yours then a 90 exhaust should be able to be adapted quite easily to fit a 88".

You should still be able to start the engine without the glow plugs working if you blow warm air into your air intake. Steal your wifes or mothers hair dryer or use a paint stripping heater ( don`t get too close with the latter one). Blow the warm air in as your turning the engine over and it...

I`ll second that. hose connects to servo as on my 2.5 turbo. See atached piccy. And suspect the other pipe is the oil cooler supply, will check mine tommorrow when its light.

Thanks, I was under the immpression that to engage 4wd whilst in high ratio you depressed yellow lever and it stayed down, to disengage you select low ratio and then back to high. My yellow lever however will not stay in 4wd in high ratio.
