UPDATE the ARB is re aligned, the knocking in the front was on the drivers side brakes one of the bolts had sheared that hold the caliper in place.Drilled out and new one in, while underneath i noticed the ancilliary belt was worn, changed that....like new again!!! all fixed except the...

Thank you, i have checked the belt, i got my wife to put the lock on while i observed it and it dioes kind of "stutter" doesnt look right and I have ordered a new set of bushes and bolts for the ARB.
