I use EBC greenstuff on my Td5 very pleased with them and good price from paddocks. Not used them myself yet, but also Mintex very popular with other Td5 owners...don't think you can go wrong with either SP ;)

Had a similiar problem... good parts fitted but inner edge on rear discs not wearing as much as the outer. It just took a few weeks and everything bedded in and settled down. Now pads press evenly across the discs causing even wear. Just give it time, i'm sure it will sort itself.. just keep...

I changed my fuel pump a few weeks ago... when completed i turned the ignition on and pumped the pedal 5 times or so, and it initiates an automatic purge of air from the system. Your engine management light will show if done correctly and you will hear all sorts of gurgling and air being purged...

Yes... i agree, i must admit it isn't a huge job at all to run the cable, and to be honest i think i'll probably just do that. I do have towbar electrics as well, which is an option, but if a jobs worth doin... and all that :blabla: Cheers guys SP ;)

I read the topic with interest and agree that the 12v live only with ign on is a pain in the a** Is there an easy way i can change the rear aux power socket to permanent 12v+? Anybody done a similiar mod? SP ;)

If its anything like my gauge... it seems to last great upto half a tank left, then seems to disappear a lot quicker .... doh! :rolleyes: SP ;)
