Hi All. 95 300 tdi disco, The travel on my go pedal seems to long, All im able to go off is my last disco which was fly by wire and travel lenth seemed normal, But in this disco i seem to have to push it quite a long way to obtaine full revs, Cant adjust it any further as it increases tickover...

Hi and thanks for the reply, But on manuals you use 2 reference points on the casting and the pin in the pump and also the locking pin in fly wheel, but on autos theres no wading plug hole in bottom of box. So would very much apreciate any more help.:D Thanks Clive.

I still think its worth checking again as it costs nothing, And as you say it runs perfect after 60 or so seconds could be glow plugs or wiring. Clive.:)
