See, that's a real shame. Its such a nice car - perfect size for what I'm looking for, nice to drive, really good condition, but a dodgy engine :( Oh well, I'll give it a miss :(

Hey all, Just signed up to this forum as I'm looking for some advice. I have found a very good condition Freelander, on an 02 plate with 68500 miles on it. I keep reading all these horror stories about the head gaskets going. The Freelander I am looking at has had a new gasket done...
