Hi saint v8, thanks for the reply, been having fun with the range(not) so i replaced the water pump ,the stat,new rad and put a 16" PACET high flow electric fan on with kenlowe control relays a,sensor ,overide on and seems to be ok for now, just lost a bit of faith in the old thing at the moment...

Hi all, New to this, i have read a lot about p38's on the forum and very help full it has been, I have a 1995 2.5dse when i first purchaced it the viscous fan was locked so i replaced it, then found out the head had a crack in it so have now replace that to . So pulling my caravan to cornwall it...
