    It's connected to the breather valve to take away any oil fumes in the crankcase. Could be your breather valve is stuck or the filter that sits next to it is blocked.     I'd agree with cleaning the intercooler first. You need to remove the front bumper to get to it and also remove the bolt from the AC condenser top left so that you can access one of the securing bolts; three altogether. Good luck!. There will be a fair bit of oil in there, but like every one...
