He just got recovered from anglesea to Liverpool. He reversed it up the drive then put it in drive and it moved slightly. It's as if the clutch is slipping but its not in reverse. I don't know much about auto boxes like.

It moves through all positions goes into neutral, reverse and park. He did say he put it into low range and when he put it back to high it made a funny noise. He can't get the fault codes until tomorrow.

Hi, my dads 4.6 has a gearbox problem. The auto box will only select reverse. Any ideas? A garage has said over the phone it's likely to be the gearbox! He can get a second hand one for £150. Chris :)

My dad has just bought one, what oil do you recommend? Also what coolant? Any good places to go to get the oil or is a general motor factors ok? Thanks
