If your chassis is a 300TDi made by Richards then any 90 pre-TD5 bracket will fit. This is my DB adjustable height bracket which is in the For Sale section.

You wouldn't need the additional terminals and resistor for a winch circuit though. A normal On/Off would do for that.

Why electric PAS? Far easier just to update your existing set-up using widely (and cheaply) available parts. Yes you can change the 2.5NA D (assuming it has that) for a TDi, I did exactly the same myself on my 1986 ex-MOD 90 and went with the 300TDi & R380 (although later changed to auto).
