aye it was repairable, the outriggers were rotten but we bought the repair sections. Mainly the crossmembers between the main chassis rails were quite rotten inside, the front end of the chassis was good probably because of all the oil around there, the rear was a little scabby. Still cant go...

Yay or nay? Ive heard people have galvanized their series's bulkhead and other people say its hit or miss that it will warp? I can see the footwells would warp but if some angle was welded across perhaps? Anyone had it done, any views on this? etc

well a little more was done today, got the bulkhead totally stripped so its ready to come off tomorrow however under the screen there was some nasty rust. Just wondering if theres a panel for this or if its going to be sheet metal and folder time?
