Thanks for replying. I think diagram you have posted is for pre-facelift. It shows connections onto terminals 1,2 & 4, adjusting motors outside the headlight units and different value resistors inside switch, compared to my switch. I have diagram for facelift switch which uses terminals 1,2...

Hi, I'm doing headlight conversion on my 200tdi. The td5 facelift headlights have levelling motors installed and would like them to work. I have the switch from disco td5 which has connections numbered 1-4 and E1,E2 on it's base. According to td5 wiring diagram only three of the connections...
