    Thank you all for your replies. Grunt, cheers for asking - gear & transfer box oil was changed at the service. None of you seem overly concerned over the clunky gearbox so my paranoia is fading fast. And just to make thing perfectly clear: IT'S NOT RED, IT'S BURGUNDY :D

    It does look a lttle bright in the photo... It's more burgundy than red (thats what I tell myself anyway) but I' have had to put up with a lot of Postman Pat jokes since I bought it.
