    wiring loom

    I had a similar problem, except I was driving at the time so i was able to jump out with the fire extinguisher and limit the damage. I drive a series 2a, and was quoted £900 by a garage, because it was 3 days labour to fit the new loom! I am very impressed with the loom I bought from Autosparks...

    Series 2a bulkhead grommets

    Despite AutoSparks telling me that the loom did not come with grommets and they couldn't advise on size as the don't see the vehicles, my new loom arrived with the correct grommets fitted! * Is it a wiring loom or a wiring harness??

    It sounds like you need a new gasket. I've never fitted one myself but a few years back it cost me £300 at a garage to have the head gasket replaced and the cost was mostly labour! However, it sounds like a simple proceedure that you could do yourself. Parts available from Land Rover Mags...

    Series 2a bulkhead grommets

    What size are the grommets that go between the back of the dash to the engine bay through the bulkhead (1 large and 2 small)? I'm ordering a new harness from Autosparks and was hoping to order the 3 grommets too.
