    It had to go!

Well, after 18 months of pouring money into my local garage I have now decided to get rid of my Freelander. As much as I enjoyed having the car, it has some good points, the costs involved were getting too high to warrant keeping it. £2000 on it within 18 months for a 5 year old car. :eek...

    Funny Rattle???

Have been underneath it today, have come to conclusion it is caused by the exhaust. The rattle I kept hearing seems to have come from a heat guard that was loose. a few washers and a tighten has sorted it for now.

I'm having a panel off this afternoon to fix a loudspeaker, will have a look whilst I'm there and let...

Where do I find this plug, and where sells the LR for £12, surely LR themselves won't be selling for such a reasonable price. - freddy

    Funny Rattle???

Hi everyone, I have just got my second freelander. This 1st blew it's gasket within 48hrs. It's a 1.8petrol 3Dr 2002. I have just noticed a rattle when driving as I pass down the 2250rpm point. Seems to be coming from the rear. Also my TC light and Down hill descent light on the dash are...
