New coolant hose fitted, replacing the leaking one. Took a bit longer than I thought clips were a pain to fit.

Today I finally fitted a new Mountney Steering wheel and gave the EGR valve a clean, the deletion kit is on order. I've a coolant leak which looking at the pink crust round the top of the hose is coming from there, so that will be next, along with a replacement steering damper.

Kaae thanks for posting all that you've tried, I have a vibration that sits between 35 and 40, on accel and decel, so will look into what you have found to see where it gets me.

I've just been doing the clutch spring swap and came across this part which I have no idea what it is or what it is for. It's directly beneath the steering column underneath a plastic cover. Can anyone shed any light on what it is? Cheers

I'm looking to refurbish the seats on my TD5, I'd found, bought and fitted replacement bases before I realised that there was a kit available which had the back and base. I have searched and can't find the replacement backs for sale on there own, has any one managed to source any? Thanks Ade

Managed to salvage the connector, clearing out the mastic and doing a bit of an interim connection on the wiring.(my soldering was so shocking I had to resort to a crimped connector) I've tightened up the connector since I took the picture so its now properly closed up.. however the Heater now...
