    this is still a thank you.it was which ever chap who clubbed his garage floor first then put two bricks under the radius arm. and i have got a 12ton press but after doing sevral this year on other motors i still found pikey's way was quicker

    thanks too pikey & who ever posted on youtube pikeys way of knocking them out using a cold chiesel was a dam site easier than a hacksaw on 30 year old bushes

    thanks danny glad you all had a good couple of days turn'd out the diffs are fine its the half shafts i stripped the teeth on so i,ve order'd some from the motor place who built the diffs but they're also gonna service the diffs at cost just in case. will be back up and running by the weekend

    yr should be safe enough in barmouth you'll need a bloody big bar on the chainsaw too handle them tree's plus i'm hoping that the roof bars will last til xmas then i can get the external cage built then new roof rack will handle the tyres better

    I agree with you stenova none of the trf bike's we saw stuck to the lane (plus the 8 bikes i,ve had to recover from there over the summer were all off piste but apparently i'm the bad guy)

    na soak them in pentrateing oil in the parts washer bang em the bench drill on slow i,ve just rebuilt my rear cross member last week and did the same thing 20 minutes on the tailgate hinges done & dusted
