Ok....they do accept it, if done properly offcourse, but than I get a new registration number and I loose the discount on the tax...     So if I let this be done at a shop it will be ok? I also heard that the wheelbase and length of a car arent noted on the V5, is that correct?

    Snaggers, the wheelbase has to change. Since I am keeping the 4 door cabine and placing a hi-cap pickup tray. The wheelbase will aprox be 3526milimeters (longer than a default 130), where it's 2794milimeters now. ;)

    Thanks all! :) Yep, my dad used to race landies, he was with the Dutch Offroad Rallyteam / Esso Handelaren Team. He had different LandRover 90's with V8's and custom build stuff like twin turbos, diff's and gearboxes (by Drenth I believe). I will try to find some pictures of the cars.
