lanmjdun, if the speed signal comes out the computer then Im not playing with the BECM wires lol.....that sounds like it could be suicidal.....think I'll let the local car electrician do it.....he breaks it, he can fix it! Its an in dash Blaupunkt head unit, 2007 I think, picks up the signal...

Hi guys, I have recently bought a 1996 Diesel Range Rover P38. Its fantastic and returning great MPG, but there is one annoying problem that I would like to resolve. Its quiet up to about 30mph, but from here on, there is a whining noise under acceleration that gets louder and louder the faster...
